1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Qerios, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. Qerios has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Users who post such content, or who harass, threaten, or abuse other users, will have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently banned, without prior notice. Reports of abusive content or behavior are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. You may report objectionable content or users directly within the app.
3. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Qerios's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Qerios makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
